1. Introduction
By participating in the giveaway hosted by Green Chile Concepts LLC (“the Company”), participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. Eligibility
• The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• This giveaway is open only to U.S. residents.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Green Chile Concepts LLC are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
• To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the survey located here.
• The survey must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2025, to be eligible.
• Each valid submission will constitute one entry.
• Duplicate entries will not be allowed. Only one entry per person is permitted, and multiple submissions from the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
• The prize consists of one (1) $200 gift card to Green Chile Food Company.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• A random drawing will be held from all valid entries received.
• The winner will be notified via email at the email address provided in their entry within 7 days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Green Chile Concepts LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Publicity
• By entering, the winner grants Green Chile Concepts LLC the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including social media and website announcements.
• The winner may be required to sign a release of publicity as part of prize fulfillment.
7. No Purchase Necessary
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
8. Privacy
• Green Chile Concepts LLC will not share your personal data (including email) outside of the context of the giveaway. All data will be kept private and used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and future promotional efforts.
9. Disqualification
• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
• Green Chile Concepts LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
10. Limitation of Liability
• By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Green Chile Concepts LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage caused by entering or participating in the giveaway or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.
